The construction phase of our newest project, in the heart of the 14th Street corridor, is about to begin. We took an afternoon to walk through the building and document its current state prior to demo. It’s had quite a life and we look forward to giving this 138-year old piece of DC history a new life as a mixed-use property featuring two commercial spaces in the lower and street levels, office space on the second and third levels, and luxury apartments on the top two levels.
