While we do take all of our properties down the the studs to ensure integrity during each phase of construction, there are some pieces that we keep due to their charm and design assets. At 3222 Broad Branch Terrace NW we kept the large fireplace remaining from the 1960s when this home was built. Imagine having a roaring fire in the hearth during a cold winter day! Our design team is working diligently to accentuate this focal point to ensure it remains the centerpiece of this living room.
