The installation of these steel support beams is a difficult process, but an essential one if we are to keep the vaulted ceiling that is a hallmark of Mid-Century Modern design. The original vertical support post had to be removed in order to open up the floor plan. Problem: what will support the original vaulted ceiling? Solution: install innovative horizontal beams to maintain the integrity and stability of the ceiling.
