Houzz recently published results from their annual U.S Kitchen Trends Study of the most popular countertop, flooring, cabinet, backsplash and paint picks among homeowners who are renovating. We are pleased to see that our new construction kitchen designs align with the top trends.

Here are a few of our properties that showcase these most desired features. On top of the white shaker-style cabinets sit beautiful white marble or quartz slabs with veining throughout. Cascading waterfall countertops fall into dark and natural engineered hardwood floors. The backsplashes are finished in the same material used for the countertops to compete the cohesion of the space.
